After writing exercise reminders in my agenda, I've been able to make some improvements in that past week.
On Thursday, I did 3 sets of 10 crunches
On Saturday, I ran for about 10 minutes and did 2 sets of 15 crunches
On Tuesday, I ran for about 10 minutes
I was going to do some crunches this morning, but my stomach isn't feel well =(
