Friday- I did one set of 15 crunches
Saturday- I ran around 4 blocks and did 2 sets of 15 of side crunches and one set of normal crunches
Sunday- 2 sets of 15 crunches
Monday- Ran around 4 blocks and 2 sets of 15 crunches. Today was the first time since daylight savings that I ran outdoors. It was especially warm and I produced a lot of sweat for the first time in a long time.
Tuesday- 2 sets of 15 crunches and 1 set of 10 push ups
