Week 5
Busy weekend- was out of town.
On Monday, I ran around 3 blocks in my neighborhood with my dog, and it felt great! I did a set of 15 curl-ups afterwards.
On Tuesday, I did 2 sets of 20 curl-ups and 2 sets of 10 push-ups before going to bed.
