Week 4

I've been swamped with schoolwork this week. The small amount of exercise I was able to fit in this week was doing 2 sets of 15 crunches on Monday morning. On top of that, my stress hasn't helped me in choosing healthy foods because when I'm stressed, I become hungry very easily. I ate about 1/2 pound of salted cashews in the past month.

The routine physical activity that I did this week was walking from the bus station to the HSC and back on Monday. On Tuesday, I drove to USC and parked my car at one of the meters. As speed-walked to my car because I knew the time was up. From a distance, I saw an officer stop next to my car. As he was taking out his parking ticket gadget, I began to run up the hill and call out at him. "Excuse me!!!!!!!!!!!!!That's mine." He heard me and nodded his head, and biked off. Whew! What a rush of adrenaline, just saved myself $60.
