First week

My goal is to exercise more often this semester, and I hope to work up to running twice a week, 20 minutes each time, and doing strength exercises 5 days a week. 

I did not make much progress since last Wednesday. The only workout I did was walking the one mile distance from the LAC+USC medical center bus stop by the 10 freeway to my class at the Norris Cancer Center, where my class was held. After class ended, I walked the same distance back to the bus stop. 

As for the rest of the weekend, I spent most of it sitting in a chair and studying.
